AI ELD app is a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by AI ELD at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Background Location Usage
AI ELD collects location data to enable tracking truck movements for the purposes of FMCSA log-keeping, even when the app is closed or not in use.
Consent for SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive text messages from AI ELD. You can opt out at any time by replying **STOP** to any message. Once you opt out, we will no longer send you SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
