If the dashcam purchased meets the technical specifications and works as expected, it cannot be returned for a refund due to improper connection or handling. The Company will provide instructions and advisory support for proper installation but is not responsible for the installation process itself.
You may cancel an Order in accordance with these Terms and our Returns Policy. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, along with any instructions, documents, or packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or altered beyond opening the packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method without additional fees.
